Refund Process
Request Submission
Contact our customer support at support@thequickshops.com with your order ID, reason for refund, and clear photos/videos (if applicable).
Verification
Our team will review the request and verify the issue within 2–4 business days.
Approval & Pickup
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the item. You must return the item in unused, original condition with all accessories.
Refund Issuance
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
